How to Order On-Line
Orders for local pick-up or delivery, or shipment in the United States or Canada, may be placed on line 24/7 using our secure digital server. Order links are at the bottom of most pages and all main sections. Just click and your order form will open in a separate window. Shop around and either type or cut and paste your items onto the order form. When your form is competed, hit submit. It may take a minute or so for your order to be saved. A confirmation page will appear. We are presently upgrading to a shopping basket style site which will simplify this process.
Orders placed after 5 PM Eastern Time are normally printed the next business morning (we are closed Sunday). Please allow time for an order confirmation email to be sent as we use a real person to do this. We ship 99.9% of in stock orders the same day. Our cut off time for Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Air is 1 PM, although we will make every effort to get these orders out after that time, due to our UPS pick-up time, we can not guarantee it after 1 PM Eastern Time.
If your choose "Best Way" as your shipping method, we will choose to the most economical method of shipping including First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Ground UPS.
International Customers: Please note other than Canada, we will only ship internationally by UPS or FedEx. Please visit their sites at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com and estimate the weight of your order (including shipping box and packing), the preferred service, and shipment from Youngstown, Ohio 44515 USA to see if the estimated charges are acceptable.
You may also print out our on-line order form in Microsoft Word or .html and mail it to the address listed above with check or money order. Orders may also be faxed to 330-270-9654.
Remember to check not only our prices, but also our unique shipping policy where we use actual shipping cost by order weight rather than your order total for shipping. NO HANDLING CHARGES EVER. Plus, for orders over $150.00 discount 50% of the first $12.00 of regular ground shipping cost! This can save you $3.00 to $18.00 or more on shipping alone over certain well known mail order catalogs.
